This growing challenge threatens economic and social development, as well as the lives and health of millions of people. We should have a proper nutrition because it plays a major role in the prevention, control and management of lifestyle-related noncommunicable diseases across the life course. We should developed nutritional guidelines to improve the nutritional condition of the population, thus prevent lifestyle diseases. These are the followings: Eat a variety of foods everyday, Eat more vegetables, fruits and root crops, drink plenty of water, maintain children's normal growth through proper diet and monitor their growth regularly, eat clean and safe food, and for a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition, exercise regularly and avoid drinking alcoholic beverages.
