MY DREAM, MY FUTURE

“Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.

Life has many challenges to surpass. How many days to go I am now soon graduating in high school. We will be going in the different directions. So, I must decide and choose well what course I will take. But I have many dreams in life. I want to become a doctor someday. I want to tour the beautiful places around the world. However, I must study hard, work hard, use the time wisely, be responsible and mature enough to achieve my dreams or goals in life. Because my dreams will be my future.

Above all, I thank God for all the trials you’ve allowed in my path, enabling me to see my shortcomings, forcing me to do better. God is always there for us and He will not give as problems we cannot solve.

To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe.

CHANGE: IT'S STARTS WITH ME!!

“You know it took us 80 years to get where we are today and it’s going to take 80 years to contain it and starts to unravel it. It’s going to all happen tomorrow and if people think its going tomorrow, then they tend to give up and don’t take the little steps that they need to take today. We need to start with little steps. We need to starts chipping away and that is now we get back in the game.”—Mark Levin

“A seed needs time, a little rain, and a little sun to become a great tree.” Our planet is in trouble right now. It is certainly grasping for breath right now because of the harmful pollutions that our planet is in slowly and strangle to continue to expose it in the ozone layer. This is the time to give our timely response to the alarming state of our only planet we live in.

I have a small ways how to help our mother earth like conserving energy, if I am not using the electrical appliances switch them off because leaving them ON is only contributes to the loss of more and more precious fuel resources. Another is Conserve water. Follow the 3 rules: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. We should reduce the things we need, Reuse all the things that can still use or repaired and Recycle the things that can still be recycle like plastic bottles and newspapers. Dispose our garbage properly. Do not burn plastics instead recycle it. Most of all is be kind to the trees and plant trees to save mother earth.

So, this is about the time to give back our wonderful planet by taking good care of it. CHANGE: IT’S STARTS WITH ME.

Learnings....3rd Grading Period

Learning is not attained by chance. It must be sought for with adore and attended to with diligence.

We learned this 3rd Grading Period about the MS Frontpage - How to use it and how to make. The MS Frontpage was a WYSIWYG HTML editor and web site administration from Microsoft for the Microsoft Windows line of operating systems. As a WySIYWG editor, Frontpage is designed to hide the details of pages’ HTML code from the user, making it possible for novices to easily create web pages and sites. It is an HTML editor and web site administration tool. Among other features, it supports automated web templates and can create a multi-level navigation system on the fly.

So, these 3rd Grading Period I learned how to manipulate or use the MS Frontpage. Moreover, 3rd Grading is over and here comes the 4th grading period. I will experience and discover more new things.

"Essence of Christmas"

“The true light, which enlightens everyone, was coming into the world.” Everybody waits Christmas time. It is what we all look forward to each year. It gives us a special feeling that is hard to explain. We get excited but where does this feeling really come from? Is it because of Jesus who is celebrating His birthday or is it because of the gifts we will receive? Does Jesus have a place in your heart especially on this day?

Christmas means “missa” or “mission of Christ”. It is a time of rejoicing and thanks to God who gave us Jesus the light of the world. His coming made a difference in the lives of those who believed and accepted Him thus making us children of light. The essence or spirit of Christmas is the time of Giving. Gifts are things that can make others happy. It is not so much the size or the quality that counts. Rather, it is the thought that matters. A gift is a symbol of love, of thoughtfulness, and a sign of one’s thankfulness in return for the good done. At Christmas, we also give food to the hungry, giving the poor something to wear and toys for the little ones to make them happy. The best gift that I can give to our community this Christmas is by joining the different activities to show my cooperation.

The glittering lights we enjoy during the season of Christmas remind us to be like those lights giving joy, peace, light and happiness to all those who see us. And let our hearts be thankful for the joy that this Christmas season brings.

"Pagpapatibay sa pagkataong Pilipino tugon sa Hamon ng panahon"

Every year the Filipino Values Month has been celebrated during month of November. This year the theme is “Pagpapatibay sa pagkataong Pilipino tugon sa Hamon ng panahon”.

Filipino Values Month aims to create a moral developing and national awareness and human values that are unique, authentic, and positively Filipino; make the Filipino aware of his great role in shaping his/her own destiny and that of his/her country; and highlight the practical uses of Filipino values in the people’s daily life as citezens.

They conducted different activities like tagis-talino, sayawit, cook fest, poster making contest, kite flying and the morning trivia.

In addition, the Filipinos are surviving all the difficulties that they may be experiencing. And above all we must pray to the Lord to give us strength to face all the problems that we may encounter.

"Learning in the 2nd quarter"

“Learning is treasure that will follow its owner everywhere.” First quarter is over. And second quarter is almost over…

I’ve learned a lot for this second quarter. I’ve learned how to use the notepad. How to use its different tags. Notepad is very useful. It can edit files of almost any format; however, unlike Word Pad, it does not treat newlines in Unix- or Mac-style text files correctly. It has one of the simplest user interfaces of any Internet Web authoring tools, totally uncluttered by GDI- hungry graphical button bars. It gives you clear, easy to read and full HTML.

So, that’s my learning for the 2nd quarter that’s all about notepad. This learning’s is important because, maybe I will need or use it someday.

My Teacher...My Hero

"A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops". A teacher is a person who educates others.

Imagine the world without teachers. Of course we have ZERO knowledge. So, thank God he created teachers to teach and give us knowledge. Thank you to my teachers for being there at times when skies were black. For helping me to know the things I need to learn to live my life and grow. Thank you for everything you share and for helping me to change my world and to every life you touched. Thank you to my teachers for their kind and attention who touched my mind and heart. I will remember you all through my whole life because you’re my hero’s.

So, we should love, respect, and obey our teachers for the betterment of humanity. Especially to the teachers who devoted their time to teach their students to have knowledge with love and compassion.
